Appointments scheduled within 48 hours of the reservation time are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, payments cannot be transferred to future reservations occurring within the 48-hour window prior to the scheduled photoshoot. If you find the need to reschedule within this time frame, you may do so by purchasing Rescheduling Insurance before the deadline. The Reservations Department will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the rescheduling.

Should any property, equipment, or props be damaged by you or your guests during the session, MaSk Media Photography reserves the right to retain your photo gallery until payment for replacement or repair is received.
